You know, if you google "Pasi Gong" every site will have this sentence and not much more: A Pasi gong is most associated with entertainment, even pageantry. It is used to announce the start of any number of Chinese cultural events such as plays and circuses.
Kind of lame, right? It doesn't make you excited to buy an amazing handcrafted Wuhan Pasi Gong. If anything, that description makes you want to beat your head with a mallet until it bleeds.
