Who is Scott?
Scott is a related semi-brother of Head Mallethead of Gongs Unlimited. Separated by 19 years of age and dozens of piercings, they are bonded not only by a father's DNA, but by loud bangy things. However, where the Head Mallethead sells percussion, Scott plays percussion.
But more importantly, who are SCOTT's DREADLOCKS?
Scott's dreadlocks support and protect his noggin, in much the same way the Seven Dwarfs protected Snow White, or the Secret Service protects the President, or fame and sequins protect Lady Gaga's Panini Glandwich.
If Scott's head were to fall off his shoulders and land on the floor, his dreadlocks would cushion the blow, and so he would avoid concussion, and Scott could pick his head up ever so carefully and place it back on his shoulders.
When Scott gets light-headed, his dreadlocks grab his head and tie themselves into a knot to make sure his head doesn't float away.
Scott's Dreads are so protective, we decided that we should name this very protective and loving gong case after them.
That is why this is called Scott's Dreadlock Gong Case.
There are two varieties of Scott's Dreadlock Gong Case.
BOTH GONG CASES are made with plywood covered in hard plastic protection.
One kind has 3/4 inch thick foam.
The other kind has 1 inch thick foam inside.
Yes, the kind with one inch thick foam is more expensive.
Both gong cases have recessed handles and metal protecting the corners and the sides.
Both gong cases close tight and easy with this latch.
